1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how RooGenAI Inc. ("RooGenAI", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through roogen.ai, including the contact and pilot request forms. A separate written agreement may govern information exchanged during a pilot or other business relationship.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a pilot request or contact form, we may collect your name, work email address, inquiry topic, message, model or checkpoint family, a high-level description of a representative workload, accelerator and serving environment information, and your primary cost or performance constraint. We also collect information you choose to include in direct correspondence.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security logs as needed to operate and protect the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views and aggregate visitor information, such as referring sites, device and browser types, and country. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading and responsiveness. These Vercel tools do not use cookies. RooGenAI does not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers on this website.

3. How We Use Information

• Review and respond to inquiries
• Evaluate whether a proposed workload may fit a RooGenAI pilot
• Plan follow-up discussions and potential business relationships
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and inquiry process
• Comply with legal obligations and protect RooGenAI, its users, and others

4. Pilot Request Submissions

No model files or other files are uploaded through the website form, and form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree and delivered to RooGenAI by email. The form is intended only for high-level pilot-fit information. Do not submit credentials, model files, proprietary prompts, customer data, personal data about third parties, or other confidential information through the form.

Before any confidential technical material is exchanged, RooGenAI and the prospective customer can document the applicable confidentiality, transfer, access, retention, and deletion requirements. See Pilot Data Handling for more information.

5. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

The website and inquiry flows use service providers that process information on RooGenAI's behalf. Vercel supports website hosting and deployment. Formspree processes and stores contact and pilot form submissions and sends inquiry email notifications to RooGenAI. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

RooGenAI retains inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention for any later pilot materials will be addressed in the applicable written pilot scope or agreement. You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Security

RooGenAI uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. The website form is not an approved channel for confidential technical materials, credentials, model artifacts, customer data, or regulated information.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact RooGenAI to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted, or to ask how it has been used. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business records.

9. Children's Privacy

The website and pilot program are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. RooGenAI does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

10. Processing Location

RooGenAI and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Notice

RooGenAI may update this Privacy Notice as its website, pilot process, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
